Carolina Santos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Strategies and a core member of CISP-CHRC.
Carolina holds a PhD in Public Health from ENSP NOVA, specializing in Health Policy, Management, and Administration. Her doctoral research focused on developing a model of success factors for public health projects.
Her areas of interest include public health planning, action and education, project management, business process management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and creating value in health.
